Pro-life luminaries Scott Klusendorf and Seth Gruber find themselves on opposite sides of the "Equal Protection" debate. Their respective arguments (and recent articles) leave us with a lot to consider. Does justice demand that we prosecute mothers for the crime of abortion, or does wisdom demand that we take the victories we can get?
