Statistically, it’s almost certain some do—and it’s possible that guilt or decorum is holding their tongues, but I think it’s safe to assume that there’s a more obvious explanation for this dramatic disparity. That’s because there are clear and cognizable reasons for why a woman is more likely to regret an abortion than she is to regret giving birth.
